Our purpose-built home has been designed to include niche accessibility equipment and our devoted team of compassionate and caring staff deliver around-the-clock, first-class care. Our aim is to provide residents with all they need to be as self-sufficient as possible, maintain their dignity and live life to the fullest. Our staff is committed to delivering person-centered care and assistance to each resident, allowing them to live as they wish. We work closely with each resident and their loved ones to formulate an individual plan of care that’s tailored to meet their needs, wishes and lifestyle choices.

Regular Care Assessments

Longbridge Deverill Care Home adopts a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) approach to provide comprehensive and effective care. We are able to conduct a full medical evaluation by bringing together professionals from several fields. This strategy benefits residents because they obtain field expert consultations and are re-evaluated on a regular basis to maintain consistency and quality care. We go above and above to make residents and their families feel at ease in their new home for the duration of their stay.

Longbridge Deverill offers Residential Dementia Care, Specialist Dementia Care, Nursing Care and Respite Care for up to 60 residents. in a purpose-built care home. We are proud to provide our residents with the highest quality around-the-clock care, offering support and companionship whilst encouraging independence. Our experienced and compassionate team takes the time to get to know our residents and their loved ones, from hobbies and interests and everything else in between. Working closely with each resident and their loved ones allows us to formulate an individual plan of care that’s tailored to meet their needs, wishes and lifestyle choices.
