Introducing our Home Manager, Ben
We are delighted to introduce Ben who has joined the Longbridge Deverill team as Home Manager.
Ben joins Longbridge Deverill Care Home as the Home Manager and brings a wealth of experience having worked in the health sector for 12 years and having gained his degree in nursing.
Ben’s passion is knowing that he and his team are able to make a positive difference in all our residents' lives whilst providing the very best in person-centred care. Longbridge Deverill offers a homely and friendly atmosphere where residents and their friends and families are made to feel most welcome.
Since starting his role, Ben is excited to make positive changes:

All residents are to be fully supported in a holistic and person-centred approach. Staff feel empowered and supported in their job roles and responsibilities.
