Easter Fun

The residents and team have had a great time celebrating the Easter season with a host of art and crafts, time spent in the garden, eating chocolate and looking after some gorgeous ducklings. The new residents were welcomed with delight to the home and have been a great source of entertainment with their water antics and cuddles have been enjoyed aplenty by all. 

There are so many benefits to animals joining our residents on a regular basis. Having animals in our home, whether it be dogs or ducklings can provide that extra source of peace and comfort to an individual and really brightens up one's day. It's been proven that the presence of various animals in care homes can be excellent for improving physical, mental and emotional health.

Easter is the perfect time to try brand new things and get involved with decoration making and take part in themed games. From baking to gardening, there really was something for everyone to get stuck into and Easter is a truly special time of year where our garden starts to bloom and the days get brighter and warmer.
